Hey. I just posted my "intro" which has brief history of my experiences using various detectors and jammers. I've been around the block. Speeding around! Check that post for street cred.

Anyway, posting now too share a, imho, incredible customer service story with you all. Just, wow.

First, quick note of appreciation and respect for Mike and co. at RadarBusters.com

Ive been buying through them since? I dunno, 90's? No regrets for this choice, to this day.

My story is - I broke Laser Interceptors head. Saved money until I could top level gear again.

Went to RadarBusters, perused, talk with Mike. Based on the what how and where I drive, ended up with Escort 360c and TMG dual head jammer. Actually have 3 diode heads now but I digress.

So, get TMG installed by my mechanic. He is a perfectionist. I drive a 2004 NB LS hardtop Miata. Looks good but drives - fkn great. Its a hoot. Flog it, 80% time I drive it. Aint no beauty queen.

It is, lowered. Quite. Anyway - flying down hhighway at night. Get weird(just cuz of timing and me being new with it) saying I need algorithm update. Me....wut? Just got this!

Get home, discover that something, no idea what really, Roadklil??, got caught up in my front air dam and tore wire out of Diode. Did II mention, I JUST GOT THIS????

ARGGGGHH!

Call Mike at RadarBusters next day. He got me in touch with Jared, our friendly TMG rep. TBH- I expected to eat the diode(and roadkill)so before we even talked, I ordered a replacement,.

After talking with him, sending him both heads, cpu, he JUST SENT ME NEW ONES!!!!

PINCH ME IM DREAMING!

If you are readingthis and woondering if you should "pull the trigger" on purchasing a TMG system....

pull the friggin trigger.

Kinda support and trust? Priceless.

I agree 100%. I've dealt with both Tripleturbo and Jared when my gf's beta CPU crapped out. Jared phones me to try to troubleshoot but to no avail. Tripleturbo had a new one in my hands in under 30 mins. Their customer service is amazing!!
