360c PSL issue?

Is anyone else not seeing the PSL, just curious?
My 360c connects to my cars wifi hot spot (2.4ghz) I get the white window with 2 -- but no PSL. Checked and the 360c shows connected - Sent it back to Escort and it still does not work.
PSL works on escort live just fine, but its not something I use daily.... Any thoughts

So I am lost ..... Escort replaced my 360c with a new device and PSL still does not work?
Details:
18 Mustang GT with built in wifi hotspot (verified working with multiple devices)
Samsung S10+ running Android 9.0
Deleted and reinstalled EL App
Verified subscription is good until 2023
I do not use EL App all of the time (only for updating wifi hotspot password which changes periodically)
Noticed EL App PSL works fine?
Unpaired 360c and re-paired BT connection
PSL box is white with 2 dashes
360c confirms it is connected to wifi hotspot
Database updates download without issue
Ran fine on 1.8 and PSL worked, 1.9 and no PSL

Anyone have any ideas?

I have the same issue. They say that its because my RD isn't sitting out where it can get the info from the satellites above. But it used to work fine where its sitting in my car now. I think its something related to the last FW update to 1.9 myself. So I live with it hoping that another FW 2.0 comes out and corrects the issue. Nothing to solidly base my answer on, just knowing that it worked fine then it docent now. Just my 2 cents worth.

I agree, worked fine with 1.8, now with 1.9 it does not.... I have asked Escort for Technical Assistance or to roll back to 1.8

A couple of days ago I downloaded a new Android version (3.1.11) of the Escort Live app, and it said "Resolved issue connecting a Wi-Fi enabled detector to hotspots with long SSIDs". It did indeed solve my problem of no PSL over Wi-Fi, not only in my Max 360c, but also on my wife's iXc.

So apparently the solution and cause of this issue was known to the engineering department, but not to the support team! All they had to tell us was to make the hotspots SSIDs shorter. Really unbelievable, what they had us do, sometimes at a cost to the company.

The conclusion is that Escort can provide us with great detectors, but unfortunately the support is not at the level that it should be, what a shame, and such a frustration for us loyal customers.
