Nice social media recon. LEO’s bragging comes at a price
Thanks. I saw a news headline about a priest getting stopped for PSL+50 on his way to a funeral. True story. When I read the story it had the cop's twitter post linked to it. The tweet above was a couple of tweets after the one about the priest.Nice social media recon. LEO’s bragging comes at a price
Which vehicle was the victims car?
DETC is in Barrie, ON too. I've seen it up close and personal. This isn't news. The DE Speedlidar is used all over Ontario. In fact, a quick Google yields me York/Guelph:

The Compact is what we all should be a bit worried about, which I haven't seen used in recent memory. I BELIEVE I spotted York Region OPP and Niagara Region OPP using it in the past, but have never seen it recently.
Barrie police on a city street. That was a few years ago too. OPP use LA-R and DALA. Easy to jam.Barrie Police or the OPP Highway Safety Division up there?
I was hit once coming south from Barrie by the OPP....
Laser Atlanta!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL
Thanks - can you please elaborate? "You can't see them until it's too late"?On the 407, I've seen them on the onramp in that area. You can't see them until it's too late. If you have a leader, it's fair to assume the second car might have been pacing behind hoping to see the lead car brake. But it sounds like nobody detected the dragon eye from behind.
So top of this on ramp, here? They sit on the back side of the overpass at the top of the on ramp. As you approach, Brock Rd blocks your sightline.
