What's new in this release?

* Changed PAWS source names from Primary/Secondary to A/B
* Added PAWS source selection A+B
* Added max aircraft speed filter for PAWS
* Added alert table display options for non-V1 alerts
* Added PAWS control (enabled/disabled) to APO
* Added CSA log export (Alert Log > ... menu)
* Added Offline Mode to run without a V1
* Bug fixes

Alert table display options for non-V1 alerts:

For Marks, CSA alerts, and PAWS alerts, you can disable them from appearing in the alert screen alert table, without affecting whether or not they're announced, shown in the overlay, or mapped (all of which are controlled by separate options).

Offline Mode:

This is locked by default, to limit usage among the general public. To get to the unlock option, go to Settings > Connection, scroll to bottom, tap "V1 Info" five times, tap Advanced. Once unlocked, there will be an "Offline Mode" option in the main menu on the splash screen. You can also select a BT device that you want to use to auto start/stop JBV1 in offline mode. If your phone connects to a specific device in your car every time you drive, that would be a good device to select. Otherwise, you can start/stop manually. You probably shouldn't enable this option if you use JBV1 with a V1 and the V1C auto start option enabled.

The CSA export is interesting to look at!

Even though I live relatively close to an airport and drive around others reasonably often; I rarely get a PAWS hit. (Lack of air cops I'd assume) I had been set to data source A it looks like, now I have it set to auto. What do you think @johnboy00? Is that my best setting? Almost all PAWS settings are default.

The offline mode will be fun to play with when not driving!

I get a lot of PAWS hits when testing at home, because I'm only a few miles from RDU and have relaxed filters to show more aircraft. If you keep the range, vertical speed, and max altitude filters low, you shouldn't get very many alerts.

Recon mode will be more useful when not driving because it won't use GPS or generate alerts.

I haven't had a chance to play with the other features yet but I did run Offline Mode this AM sans the V1 and it worked perfectly! You are an absolute legend!!!

Clue's in the name
Haven't had a chance to play with it, but what's the purpose of Offline Mode? Being able to use CSA/PAWS while not connected to a V1?

Can the offline mode be used with TMG only? I.e I don't have V1 but I have TMG.

With TMG I have TMG but not V1.
You should be good to try it still. From the opening post;

I have that figured out by now. But what is "Recon Mode" and how can it be engaged?
Recon mode is where your device is used to find Charlie on the Ho Chi Ming trail.

Recon mode is not yet implemented. I haven't decided what it will include, but it's intended to be a tool for looking around anywhere on a map for aircraft patrols, CSA police reports, and/or marks (rlc, speed cam, etc). While not driving.

We must be the same generation, generally speaking. Either that, or you watch a lot of old movies. I hadn't heard of "Charlie" in dog years.
