From the very beginning of this complaint I am 99% sure that this is some kind of low-powered camera. 1% laser but the pall from Oman never mentioned what frequency was detected the second time. These mrcd's are hard to be detected from long enough distance to slow down, or even undetectable by most rd's. The specialists here are Genevo and Radenso, and even most Escorts and Unidens often have a hard time with MRCD. I have seen here with my own eyes how V1 has the same unstable behavior, described by mralsiyabi in post 11. I heard many similar complaints too. A guy from Spain often described similar situations saying that sometimes Valentine One detected road cameras from a close distance and sometimes it did not go off at all. Radar detectors have a long way to go in order to become fully able some day to detect these newer frequancy-modulated threats.
