I went on a dog run yesterday. all interstate or four lane for 360 miles.

I didn't get any KA 34.7 encounters except this terrain limited encounter. However, what impressed me is how quite it was. It was so quite i really thought it had locked up. I went into the settings turned K and KA off and used the seged " muted" settings first, but decided to un-filter both bands the final 200 miles of the trip. Still with TSR off, k ka on (wide) i only had three k band false alerts the whole trip.

1. some type of sedan, it was pulling a trailer and I couldn't see the make or model, and i would have to comb thru 8 hours of film to find it.

2. getting off the turnpike there was a speed sign.

3. I locked out signal from a TSC I had locked out earlier during the week. No signal, just the grey strength.

When I got home I left the detector on, went inside and turned on my KA stalker, and it went off just fine. With that being said, so far so good on the filtering side. i look forward to seeing how it does on range.

On a side note. these guys come blowing by me. i think the black car was @erickonphoenix i was going 65, my guess is they were going close to 90ish

best part of the trip was this girl is safe and sounds in nebraska

Think they were going faster than 95. :)

Thanks for videos. Assuming your Pro 360 is as sensitive as my GT360, you should be happy. I have not updated it past 1.0. Still extremely quiet and no lock ups.

Glad you got MBF (mans best friend) into new home.

Fan yea, fanboy, no... want them to do well. I use their products with no shame. But when they head up moron mountain make stupid decisions that lead to problems, will call them out.

Get your thoughts about too many toys. Thanks for reaching out. Have good week.

I kill the house power when in transit, only chassis power is enabled. So nothing is turned on except engine and power train functions. I've segged it out and if it keeps doing it I'll just send it back to Amazon for a refund.

Even a monkey can't find a cop shooting radar when he wants one! I know the feeling all too well. I ran @VariableWave 's R7 all last week and only got one encounter the last night before I gave it back to him. Funny how that always happens ain't it? It was a great alert however, 35.5 from a Greenville NC town cop hiding around a corner blacked out. There was a curve involved and some pretty good off axis as well. The R7 ate it alive!

New RD = LEO repellent! Happens almost every time. Just drive PSL + 20 and you may find some I/O rather quickly! :)

Sorry if this was covered, but can this DP be segmented for Ka to screen those falses?

I’ll go watch some Utube vids on this thing
I've had good luck and far as quiet. No real good detections yet other than putting a radar gun out my front window off axis and driving down the street. Did as good as the r1 in that test. Mine is really quite. I know @RadarSammich had some bad luck with his rear antenna

Edit: The below answer is incorrect. It turns out that it DOES have band segmentation. @Bossdad71 showed a video proving it does have 4 K segments and 10 Ka segments.

No. The Cobra Dual Pro 360 does NOT have band segmentation. The Beltronics GT-360 did, however the Cobra version has the feature removed. Go to 2 minutes and 55 seconds into @Vortex 's video of the Cobra Dual Pro 360:
