Sorry, no radar, no laser, just eye save(s).

Honda Civic Si = WIN
Dodge Darango = FAIL
Me = ALMOST FAIL

I was almost caught jumping back on the loud pedal too soon (you can hear me backing off).

Good lesson in being aware of what's going on.

Personally, I NEVER blitz through a knot of traffic - there has to be a reason for the knot and it's next to impossible to scan every vehicle for LEO's in all of their potential forms, especially with the stealth methods they are using today. Plus, for my own personal protection, I slow down when passing a group of cars - I can't predict what another driver may do (example - that pickup swinging around the LEO) that might get me killed.

Thanks for posting that.

You just passed by the area where my son got in a wreck a few years ago (going in the opposite direction). Driver pulled out of a driveway making a left directly in front of him. Got it all on dash-cam. Other driver 100% liability, but we still didn't get back all the $ we had paid for his little truck (bought used) the year before. Sucks.

Now he has something a little sportier and has had Clemson PD riding his bumper a few times trying to bait him into speeding up. His comment, "Nope dad. They can try but I'm not gonna give it to them". I plan to put a rear-facing addition to his cam set up so I can send a copy to the Sheriff (or the local news) to show what a fine example their officers are setting for "safe driving" and how much it is appreciated.

Ridiculous what they are doing. Essentially entrapment. I agree about the dash cam.

I'm not sure what I laughed at more, his speeding or you trying to sing Black Hole Sun:biggrin:
Not me singing fortunately - that would have been worse.

It was my son, being obnoxious...again... ;)
