We were looking at a house for sale in North Salem/Westchester this weekend and I received a confirmed moving K band LEO coming in the opposite direction on a two lane road. I assume it was a local town police officer. I have only seen KA in Bedford/Pound Ridge areas. Knowing how each town handles their own purchasing, I'm not surprised to see this.

I'm glad I now run the Radenso RCM now and treat every K band encounter as a real threat, even though I was going the speed limit to prevent my daughter from barfing all over the car. If anyone is interested in the video, I can pull it.

I'd actually love to see it if you're able to share. I have my RC M here waiting to be installed. Where do you have your antennas placed, btw?

There is lots of K band upstate. The State has purchased hundreds of Stalker Patrols and has been giving them to the towns as part of their "safety" program.

Same in my locale in WI. New cruisers are showing up with K band. Seems to have started in early spring around here. Prior to that about 5% of my radar contacts were K band.

I once ran into a NY local COP69 setup where one was spewing C/O Ka and the other C/O K!
Image not of actual cops, just for COP69 reference:
