what's the word bird? where did usps missship the product :)
Erm, there was just a delay in when they started moving/tracking - it may have had something to do with the amount of packages I dropped off at the time and when the stamps account was actually charged. I actually had three packages get lost in the USPS system around this time, unrelated to the shirts, so during that timeframe there was some issues with the system. I don't think any shirts or merch were lost in transit like the other packages were, they just had a delay.

I'm going to go over all the tracking numbers and details via PM individually regarding these orders - I'm entering them into a spreadsheet now. It's showing most of them "In Transit" and Scheduled for Delivery on my end.

Will have more details later on today.

Okay, I'm going to lock this thread temporarily because asking and asking and asking and asking is not helpful in this specific circumstance - sometimes a reminder for me is helpful and that's fine but that's not the deal here - I haven't finished entering in all of the tracking numbers/cross-referencing them with the Shopify orders/RDF usernames yet. Some orders are scheduled to be delivered today (looking at the list of tracking numbers in no specific order), and some Monday. I think the one furthest out is scheduled for Wednesday and that's an international order. I will re-open this thread later today once I finish putting the tracking data into the system with more delivery information for you guys.

This thread is for on-demand ordering only. I've addressed the bulk order issues in the other thread - please see the other thread for details regarding that. I want to keep this thread on track (which is a rare thing on RDF these days) so please keep this thread related to on-demand ordering only.

There have been mentions in other posts from RDF members like myself who have had issues with the refund from the bulk order based shipments not fulfilled. We have seen non-sufficient funds like message coming back from PayPal related to attempts to complete the refund transaction @xydrine started. First, PP said they would attempt to complete the refund again over the next few days. That did not work. I just got this notice today that PayPal is giving up. I have not issued a complaint to PP on the matter. The others who posted too have not seen the cash back. I ordered enough merchandise to push it over $60. I would like closure. The official post for the bulk order is locked out. Posting here.

I have not received PM. I have not had received a explanation as of yet. Thought I would get this out again and see if anyone else that was having issues has seen the refund for the bulk order portion they did not receive. I know folks are busy. Get that. This has lingered now for some time.

I updated the main thread for the bulk order with details about this. I stated that anyone who received a refund would not be receiving their order (obviously). I also said that if anyone has any issues regarding the refund, wait until Friday to contact me about it. Everyone who was issued a refund was sent a notification email about it.

As far as that paypal message goes, as I've told a couple people - and you should have PMed me about it instead of posting in this specific thread because it has nothing to do with on-demand merchandise ordering, what is happening is because I changed bank accounts between the time when you guys paid and the time where the refunds were issued. Since the payments went directly into my old bank account, they were attempted to be withdrawn from that account for the refund. Since that account is now closed, you would have received that message and PayPal has already resubmitted a withdrawal to my new account on file. I have no ability to change this and I even contacted PayPal about it, and they said you just have to wait for the process to retry from the bank account on file.

So I say to anyone who has issues regarding bulk purchase orders, please see what I mentioned above and please contact me directly via PM, as this thread does not involve anything regarding that subject.

i didnt get mine either. i'm just writing it off as an experience.
I cannot cancel any refunds as the process has already started so it will show up in your account in the next 2-3 days - I wasn't expecting any of these refunds to be attempted to be taken from my previous account, but that's how PayPal's system works and I would have mentioned that during the original message I made regarding the bulk order refunds, but did not know about this until recently. I rarely have to issue refunds on PayPal because most of our stuff is virtual and not eligible for refunds.

like I said, I'm just writing it off as experience. If I had an issue I would have sent a PM. You should know me good enough by now. The only reason I said something is because he mentioned it. I'm cool, just money, cant take it with me whe I go.
