Oncoming 35.5 from behind a bend and downhill. Initial alert at about 0.9 mile. LEO is the silver unmarked SUV at 0:38 of video. I was doing +10 on 60 PSL, so just let go of the gas and kept about 65 till he passed by and disappear in the rearview...

I have noticed that 35.5 detection is just as good (if not better) as 34.7. It does not make sense, according to the tech specs that 34.7 is highest priority and swept independently. Anyway, no complaint there, I like it that it's just as sensitive on 35.5

I have noticed that 35.5 detection is just as good (if not better) as 34.7. It does not make sense, according to the tech specs that 34.7 is highest priority and swept independently. Anyway, no complaint there, I like it that it's just as sensitive on 35.5

Yes, I have noticed one of the locals with 35.5 has either max sensitivity or my CR97 is really good on it, but I have detected that one multiple times from over 1.5 miles, with dense traffic between. So it's surprisingly good.

I'm just getting mine on the settings that works and it's nice to know the CR97 works so well.
It does work well, just has its glitches. It does not have a monster range, especially around bends and over hills. But in most of my encounters I got initial alert before visual, and enough time to slow down...

Another 35.5 Detection around a bend and a hill. This is different LEO, but exactly same location like the first video in this post. Also, the initial alert was exactly at the same spot (right after the Speed Limit Sign on the right). But the LEO was closer uphill this time, so there were only few seconds before the visual. Luckily, I let go of the gas before the alert, as I was approaching the curve, otherwise I don't think it would have been enough to go down from from 72 to 60 without slamming on the breaks...
