Please dont confuse bob with Eddie Murphy, you will understand when you you the first of the video. This was filmed if I had to guess LA area, sorry, not real familiar with the area. @STS134 might give a better idea since he's from out there I think

I haven't had time to watch the video in it's entirety but it appears the Gatso is a deadly opponent for most all radar detectors. my heart goes out to those that have to deal with this specific threat everyday.

Are people in the Los Angeles area aware that these Gatso units are popping up?

We've had them here in Iowa for years for both red lights and speed. There was a major court battle between the state and three cities that operate Gatso speed cameras on state highways and interstates. They shoot from the rear and below 24.000; virtually no alert until you are past them. I had one at 23.915 the other day on my R7. Fortunately the fixed locations (Gatso RT-3 and RT-4) are well marked in Waze. And the mobile units (Gatso RT-2) are announced by the department on social media and by the local media. The mobile units have to operate static, so it's pretty easy to see a semi-marked SUV with an orange cone off the side of the road well before you get to it.

How's the performance with Gatso on the R7? I know the Pro M has a specific setting for them, but don't see those threats.

I don't think he tested with MRCD ON.. I wonder if that's what might be needed to pick these up?

I think it’s only the RedLine EX International (INTL), is that right?

didnt the max360c give pretty good alert too, or was it just the max360c I?

Sorry I didn’t read your question as closely as I should have. I was killing time at the Vet when I responded.

My Redline EX has it. MRCD MRCT Gatso Strelka.

My R-Ex is NOT an international version. It’s the same one anyone gets in North America.

Ooo. That's good to know, and I'm kind of surprised! Thanks for letting me know! I haven't played with a RedLine EX yet.

All good and 1k lighter in the wallet.

Vaccines Boosted and a thyroid tests requested.

“The Dragon” was concerned about the 2 year olds weight. 100lbs now. Gained 13lbs since last year.

Thank you for asking.

That's so strange that Radenso Pro M doesn't alert to Gatso RT4.
Here in France we have Gatso RT2 in unmarked police cars.
The shoot in movement and in static position.
The Genevo one M get a good detection for these units.
Better in vertical position as Genevo suggest and other person in this forum like Kpotunzipped showed (Genevo One M and Gatso RT4 detection improved in vertical position.).
So they should have horizontal polarization .
I want to remember that in Genevo setting we have no traffic sensor rejection to be set.
Escort 360 C Intl seems to get a good detection but not when the car was moving.
So I keep being mistrustful about the no detection for the Radenso Pro M unit vs Gatso RT4.
