I received the above subject message at least once every 5-minutes while using Profile B which is configured to monitor Ka-band, K-bank, X-Band and MRCD with ALP. However, the system functions normally whenever I'm using Profile-A which monitors Ka-band only with ALP.

Try downloading and reinstalling your profile settings. It may be as simple as a corrupt file.

What kind of car? If it has K Band sensors the NR could get delayed in filtering which can cause an error if it takes too long to scan all the bands. Interferance can delay the scan.

It's a 2013 Corvette. It does not have K-Band sensors. It's a problem that has existed for quite sometime. I'm sure I'm not the only one that is experiencing this problem, right? In Profile-A (monitors Ka-band, Ka-POP, MRCD) with ALP everything works perfectly. However, when I switch to Profile-B (monitors Ka-band, K-band, X-band, MRCD) with ALP this is when I receive the Warning Antenna disconnected announcements about every 15 or 20 minutes.

Try updating. I had the same issue upon changing profiles (was only quiet on Profile A), but that bug was fixed a couple of updates ago. If that doesn't solve it there may be a wiring/connection issue

Try updating what? I have already updated to the latest FW 5.5.5/8.4 and created a new config file. In fact, I create a new config file each time there is a firmware update and the problem still exist whenever I use Profile-B. Again, what are you saying that I should try to update?

If I had to guess you have K Band interferance from your rear and antenna is close to a parking sensor. Interferance that does not stop transmitting will cause delays in the scan times which can trigger an error. When you disable K band the scan delay is not present so therefore no error.

BRD, can you clarify as to type of interference in the rear of my 2013 Corvette that you are referring too? My car does not have K-band sensors or blind-spot detectors or anything of the sort like the more modern cars have these days. My car doesn't even have a backup/reverse camera.

Parking sensors in your bumber cover can cause K band interferance. Also make sure there is no metal blocking the antenna including metalic paint.

Thanks for the clarification. Again, I don't have any parking sensors in my bumpers.

Try moving its location. If you connect only the rear antenna and look at the light on the RG3 module it will flash at every scan and it should be flashing pretty quickly. In its current location its probably flashing slower and that delay which is usually interferance is causing the delay that checks the antenna frequently.

For clarification, are you suggesting that I move my rear antenna? I hope not because that will require me to take it back to an ALP/NetRadar installer because the antennas are located behind the front & rear bumpers which would require the bumpers to be removed just to even see the antennas. I know the wires are still connected because the front and rear antennas still receive signals despite the "warning antenna disconnected F1 & R1" announcements. Please note that I receive the warning antenna disconnected warnings for the Front & Rear Antennas.
