The hillbilly gets out of the truck and waves his family over and says “Hey y’all! Dinner’s here! They’re in the trunk!”

Oh those were his early years before 21. Scary thing is he probably is a OTR truck driver now.

I’ve seen some real geniuses just in the past few weeks out here.

This has to be Beaumont but you can only do it on a straight road at very slow speeds. And even then you're going to get made fun for it.

only comment I can make:

or, for variation, Chet Atkins:

--- DOUBLEPOST MERGED ---

Calvin Coolidge, who was noted for being taciturn, was approached at a Washington DC party (inauguration iirc) by a woman who came up to him and said "I just bet my friend over there that I could get you to say three words."
His reply...................."You lose"

Chet Atkins May have inspired that video, but that’s not him playing I don’t think ;)

And Coolidge doing his best Churchill impression is alwaus good :)

You guys just sprung a memory about 20+ years ago. Dad driving the pulling car, similar attachment and me in the getting towed car. He makes a turn and the steering wheel was still locked ie key not turned. Boy that was a long wtf second or two as he just kept pulling me... :350:

Definitely not "Mr. Guitar" Chet. Notice how the guitar player is fighting it a little bit. Chet was smooth as silk.
They say he could play two songs at once!

Solid video!!!
Back when I was married, my father in-law was from the Philippines. He needed a tow for his Escort wagon. I asked if he knew how to tow, he said yes. I drove my classic '69 Chevy short bed with a 10' chain and hooked him up. The man couldn't use his brakes to slow me. He ran over the chain at a light. One guy got out and jumped in the drivers seat and finished the 7 mile chain tow. That guy was good. He kept the chain taught and made it feel like there wasn't even another vehicle back there. My father in-law would say he could do anything. I once watched him wrap a sink feed line with duct tape...didn't even slow the leak down. Anyhow, reality doesn't always reside in some peoples skulls, much like the guy in this video.

Reminds me of some triple flat tows I've seen lately on the highway with purchased "auction" cars.
I cross those bastards all the time on I-30 between Little Rock and Texarkana. Scary doesn't even begin to describe it!
