mods i'm going to make a comment on this since I told you I would keep you updated.
As of last nights mail I have not received a tracking number, or the plates back from the original OP. He said per our phone conversation he would mail it the next day, but even if that didnt happen, most post offices are still open on Saturdays, and not it's Friday.
He still has not produced a picture of the second plate I sent him he claimed was defective.
@cewens ANY UPDATES ON SHIPPING THE TWO COVERS BACK ???He refunded my purchase. I am returning the two IR Invisi-Plate covers, postage paid out of my own pocket. (I know, who gives a rat's butt, right?) Too bad his employer doesn't value product support. I take it that he is an honest guy and the money really is coming out of his pocket, just as he is assuming my honesty to return the covers out of my own pocket.
