Hello all I am in a heated back and forth with the CEO of Escort as well as the head of customer service. I contend that the latest firmware upgrade (The August 2018 firmware update) did not remedy the freezing / lockup issue that was introduced with a prior firmware update. Apparently I am the only one that is having this issue as not a single user has reported this issue post 8/18 firmware update (according to Escort). If that is the case so be it but if not can you reply to this thread so I can point Gail (ceo) and Shawn (CS head) to this thread. I feel like my concerns have fallen on deaf ears and there is no intent to remedy this issue for any impacted users Thank you.
