Well, I’m getting packages about every day now. After asking questions here and getting so much expert feedback, I’ve decided on a system that I hope to get an adequate bang for the buck.

Here’s the install for next Thursday at California Car Sounds and Tint located in Campbell, California. It’s over a two hour drive due to traffic. They are arranging a rental car for me. It should be ready by late Friday but could run into Saturday. They will”
    1. Install Antilaser Priority with 2-front 2- rear, HiFi, and Bluetooth.
    2. Install Blendmount Mirror Tap for Uniden R3.
    3. Add conversion kit so my 2016 Panamera will have Apple CarPlay. Unreal that Porsche didn’t have this for my car until the new 2017 model year. Had to go to a 3rd party in England for the conversion kit. Porsche makes a damn fine car to drive but really sucks in some things. I have $70,000 in options on my car (thankfully paid by 1st owner) and no one could look at the car and name five options. The damn key and leather fob cost over $500. Yep, over $300 to have the key painted same color as the car.
Ok, enough venting. I’m stoked about getting my new systems. Tomorrow the car gets out of the detail shop after having two ceramic coats applied. Should look nice. I’ll post pics of the R3 mount and locations of sensors. Until then, thank you to each of you for your suggestions. Even if I didn’t select a system someone suggested, believe me I researched what you said. In the end I’m instaya different system than I originally had decided upon. This is a great place with so many smart, kind folks. Thank you.

You might consider adding one more cable to the front just in case you need To add a Tx later on

That’s a great idea. I bought two cable extensions for the rear. Too late to get anything for the front which I think uses standard length. I’m gonna ask California Sound and Tint if they have a cable they can run now in case I add one later. They told me today they’ll remove front and rear numbers so that is probably 80% of installation cost of I later add the Tx so your idea is great. I’d add a rear cable also if I had one as a 3/3 system will probably come into existence eventually as standard as leo become more effective. Thanks.
