    Thats why a decent treadmill with some shock absorption is better on the knees. Toss your phone up there with your fav netflix show... sucky ass running is done before you know it. Acctually, i prefer a fast powerwalk, 4.3 to 4.5 incline at 8.0 for about 1.5 to 2 miles. Really gets the ol heart rate up.

    you had to let chicken go too? Why? One of the healthiest things.

    I start off every morning with eggs. Either scrambled or over easy in olive oil.

    Then its tuna / tilapia / chicken for lunch.

    Then whatever i want within reason for dinner. Not much sweets... older i get, less i want sweets. Maybe some ice cream once in a while.

    Drinks? Only water, Tea with splenda, coffee, black with a little truvia, and in the evenings beer or wine, and then only a few nights a week.

    Cut out ****ty sodas like 10 years ago.... the thought of one: :barf:
