can you find, this man? Thought somehow some MPH gun slithered into a unicorn Washington County unit. Looking at footage, same color and year tahoe but I realized the marking color was off so then I used my critical thinking powers to remember that I was actually in Burleson County at the time. But it doesn't get better. A google of BCSO doesn't seem to be the correct color either... the name is too blurry to make out but maybe it's a really old or brand new WCSO? the blur of a word really looks like "Washington" and "Burleson"
Here is a picture of a typical WCSO unit and then my dash snapshot of this guy. If you look up the coordinates it's just north of Somerville on the junction of HWY 60
download.jpg Screenshot (6).png

this was a very rare and dangerous encounter, in less than 10 seconds I went from first blip to him parallel with me. I am not a 33.8 fan. Oh yeah, and the video is just not good don't ask to see it, don't go there with me. (its 1st degree NSFW)
here are the only times I've seen 33.8 before. San Antonio as some neighboring city constable, Caldwell on a Brenham to Boerne trip that's an unmarked guy, and the unicorn in spring branch (Bulverde PD).

I mean I guess at least we know it isn't DPS?
edit: my not 4k camera looks even worse than normal by uploading a photo on here.

there may be two different units here. One is a pulled picture and one is mine. In footage the guy does actually look the same but they like to get vehicles that are all exact copies of each other around here for whatever reason and let’s face it, they all look the same too. MPH has some models with black antennas as well don’t they? The frequency I got was 33.779. The unit in deacons pic looks very Stalker and I see the antenna in mine and it looks like it could be a Bee III. I know that’s not common anywhere near here and I don’t have any other sheriff encounters to compare this to.. in my picture I know it’s not a 2x but that’s what I found with the black antenna. If it is a stalker it drifted a whole 1000MHz, 10 times what it’s rated at, right? I’ve seen a 34.9 which is double but this would be pretty impressive in my books.

Thanks to the both of you, I’m not sure if this is my first bcso or if I’ve been getting them and not knowing because they look the same as another county. I’ll try to go find some more next time.

Well I went through Facebook and got the perfect picture, of a temporary plate... so no idea if they’re the same but they made it sound like there are multiple new units.

In this picture this is 100% stalker 34.7 antenna, Cord is connected on top with serial # on the bottom of antenna. Example picture below. Seems like both vehicle’s you encountered one is 34.7 Ka and the other suv is 33.8 Ka.

Right, they mostly run Stalker stuff. But the one he caught on his dash cam was running 33.8, and he was trying to figure out what agency was even running such a thing.

The picture that deacon has that you are saying is a stalker, I completely agree with. But I can’t find proof that there is only one Tahoe that is that model year. The one on my dash cam is the one that shot 33.8 and looks the same but there is a good chance that it isn’t. A lot of the units are exact copies on the outside. The antenna in my dash cam footage does look pretty elevated instead of stuck on the dash like a stalker like you’re saying.

Im just identifying in that one vehicle that it’s a stalker. If you can next time see if you can locate the other vehicle with 33.8 and video or take a picture of it. 33.779 was a legit frequency for mph dash unit.
