    What kind of idiot goes 107 and 100 in a 55 mph construction zone. At least they gave a 10 mph window. Between that and simply running WAZE you could easily avoid a ticket there. If that picture is an example of how they did this then if your state only issues a rear license plate you could slip by.

    Does a steel, chain link fence affect the Dragoncam at all? Or does it even matter whether it gives an accurate reading?

    Fines are typically tripled or quadrupled in Construction Zones, so it doesnt take much to get to $1.8 million. Pfft, that can be just a month of grabbing speeders in a Construction Zone. IL is $500 a pop. 50 a day and you're at $25,000. Not a hard reach.
