New member here. Had the escort 8500 xp blue led. Loved that thing. Got ripped off. Bought a escort redline and still use it daily. Bought a radenso pro, the original one. Bought my wife a uniden r3 and she loves it. Can't wait till they produce a newer unit with arrows for her. Anyhow greetings everyone. Love the site.

Welcome aboard. You may want to buy an RD for now as there is no confirmation or eta on a new Uniden model with arrows. Lots of pieces involved, patents etc.

I've got a escort redline, radenso pro, and her r3. I'd like to get another but will probably hold off for a while longer.

    Welcome to the RD Forum!

R3 is a top tier Radar Detector. Using any other available counter measures?

I am the perfect example that old dogs CAN learn new tricks! This Forum is packed with tons of useful information from best detector for where you live and drive mostly (so far there is NOT a single detector that is best for everyone/everywhere), proper mounting possibilities, additional counter measures, fast but intelligent driving habits, and of course @Vortex videos!
