@xcutter Welcome to RDF! V1Driver is an awesome V1 iOS App... It is really set it and forget it! @mswlogo , the developer is active here on RDF as well!
You'd be best off posting your V1Driver questions in that portion of the forum.

Been using V1D from shortly after release. As delivered, it works well. Your biggest initial decision is how you want your audio. Later, you can decide about custom sweeps, frequency boxes, etc. You’ll enjoy having most falses safely muted for you automatically. Remember, the GPS database is accumulated as you drive so V1D improves with time.

Welcome to the RD Forum!

Plenty of info here. Check out the V1 section and then each section on the available V1 Apps. Using any other available counter measures?

I am the perfect example that old dogs CAN learn new tricks! This Forum is packed with tons of useful information from best detector for where you live and drive mostly (so far there is NOT a single detector that is best for everyone/everywhere), proper mounting possibilities, additional counter measures, fast but intelligent driving habits, and of course @Vortex videos!

Welcome to RDF xcutter from a fellow V1 user. V1Driver and other available apps have given the V1 a new lease on life. The user can easily change settings, enable custom sweeps, and mute most K Band falses significantly quieting the V1. My advice is to be patient and get familiar with V1Driver. Drive with care until your confidence level with the detector/app combo merits less restraint. Ask questions if you have any doubts. Alot of knowledgeable folks are on this forum and V1Driver's creator is active on RDF.
Safe travels.
