We've been working on this project for several months and finally have a working solution to mount the Display for the Radenso RCM into factory rear view mirrors. The display and controls are integrated together into one component and we had to manufacture custom extension cables to make this work. The controls are mounted on the rear of the mirror housing - out of sight and within easy reach. If you have questions including compatibility with your vehicle please contact us at scott@radar-mirror.com

Nice job with the display! I was curious if it'd be possible to mount the RC M into a RVM like that. :)

How is it accessing the buttons behind the RVM by feel?
This is the RC M. And yes you will just need reach up and hit the buttons. Suppose it could take a few drives to remember what's what.

Can I suggest something? It may be cleaner if you put in capacitive buttons behind the plastic and barely etched in the plastic the button logos so that it would not have the control pad mounted on the back.

Otherwise super cool!

Our current custom mirror integrations are in the $500 - $600 range - We will probably offer promotional pricing initially and wait to see how it goes. This is the first mirror we've completed and will likely need to work out some bugs across various models. If you want to jump in on our prototype phase please contact us at info@radar-mirror.com.

Totally agree 100%. You read my mind. Anyone aware of a product that flush mounts the control panel? We can drill holes for the buttons on some mirrors but depends if the surface is level and if there's any obstructions inside the mirror case.

Maybe @Jon at Radenso would be interested in co-developing a remote head that is more suited to the integrations?

Are you doing installs for the Radenso RCM rear view mirror at your Frisco location? If so can you PM?

Thanks
