Tech Support I Can No Longer Access My Member Account

This is "poolmon", a long time forum member. Starting yesterday I have not been able to log into my member account under that name. I get an error "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action". This happens on both my computers and all browsers. I had to create a new member account under "TestName" and post this message here to gain posting access to the Bug Report Thread where I will re-post this. Can one of the Administrators please check my "poolmon" account and get whatever is wrong fixed. Thanks Much guys. . .

I just looked at your account and it appears @KASHER1979 broke it (accidentally) when he processed your advancement application. We apologize for this and I have fixed it for you.

Next time please use the Contact Us button instead of creating a new user on the forum - it's much easier and more proper. I'm going to close this new user account you have opened since we only allow one account per user.

I tried the "contact us" button but got the message that I "did not have permission" (along with a mostly black screen). I think I could not access "contact us" was because I was still logged into my account but it denied access to every option I tried.

Sorry just distracted and caused a glitch. Even I am not perfect believe it or not. lol
