    Not a highway, more of just a main road. 2 lanes going each way.

    Ya the Steveston Highway reference is very misleading its not a highway, homes, farms and businesses front on this road...

    Do we know where exactly it happened?

    When going on Steveston hwy eastbound just look for the spray painted RADAR AHEAD on a sign planted in a farm. IIRC it's just east of No. 3 Rd. The Leos use farmers driveways to hide the cruisers.

    My first ever speeding ticket was a LIDAR hit by Richmond RCMP. I was, IIRC 17 at the time, with a N license. I was doing 160 in a 60 on whatever street it is that goes from YVR (airport) into Richmond. You may recall a Chevron gas station there.

    I don't think I ever shat my pants that badly. Those cops were...nice, but firm, and I made a promise to myself to never speed again.

    I broke that the very next day :p
