PSL is 65. The blue Dodge Charger in the left lane is an unmarked LEO with a stubbie antenna on the trunk and blue lights high on the rear windshield. And he's rolling at +10 for everyone, cool. The biker rolls up on him doing a bit more than that, and the LEO flicked his blues on and gives him a pass, cool. Then at the 45 second mark the red sedan flys past at +30 and gets pulled over for it. No radar, just visual estimation of speed.

I wonder if he got a ticket or just an ear-full.

I have seen a notable uptick in ghost or unmarked vehicles around me, thankfully even though they aren't marked they are still obvious enough that if you look you can see the giveaways without too much trouble

That happened to me yesterday. I was cruising +10 in the left lane and came right up next to a fully marked suburban county sheriff. But I matched his speed slowed down and pull behind him. Thank God he didn’t mess with me. I just wasn’t paying attention but at least I wasn’t really getting on it either. I’m on the phone a lot because I’m in sales but when I’m really engaged like that I will never go more than +10.

Awesome video Greg

lol.... moron. Lets go back to Speeding 101:

Lesson #1. Dont just blow past any vehicle that is of the same type that LEO is known to use, marked or not, until you verify it isnt LEO. This includes, but not limited to:

1. Tahoes
2. Ford Explorers
3. Impalas
4. Of course Crown Vics
5. All gens of Dodge Charger
6. Ford Taurus
7. Any other dark colored or white SUV with dark windows and more than an AM/FM antenna mounted, expsecially if it doest have "bling-bling" wheels.
8. BMW motorcycles with helmeted riders, many seem to have AR-15 shorties mounted on the back, so they are easy to spot.... at least for me... maybe for @GotWake too... last time I saw one, I told the wife: "there is an AR-15 SBR with a bike attached to it in front of us.":p
9. Harleys with full face helmets. The dude with the "spike".... blow on by. Helmet with face shield and a visible boom mic... SLOW DOWN! He is either old as **** or a cop...and both are equally dangerous....lol
10. After getting hit with a TSS once coming through Wichita Falls, TX by a moto leo laying across a Hayabusa under an overpass, for me, im adding sport bikes with "non-sporty" helmeted riders to the list. Leo always has what I call the non sporty helmets, not as aerodynamic, more for comfort and always with a boom mic. Other sport bikers have the sleeker helmets and many times a Go Pro or 5 mounted on them...lol.

Side Note: If your @Eloi or one of our other Canadian members, best just slow for every damn vehicle until you confirm... cops up there are so hard up they even use minivans for crying out loud.... :ughh:

I did this exact thing like 2 years ago. Guy was pretty much going PSL in middle lane. No antenna, no lights in back, normal wheels, he had lights in front grill and he was in a dodge charger.

He did visual estimation as well.

When he got out he gave me an ear full, but didn't even run my license let alone give me a ticket.

Just told me my RD was worthless, blah, blah, blah.

That's the day I learned the importance of situational awareness!

I recently drove 1700 miles round trip in my 2014 Charger (former NCSHP). Most people driving faster than I was slowed down behind me, especially in NC. It probably doesn't help them that I have a funky specialty plate, too.

Great video
Cop must of looked in his rearview like are you serious
Yeah he was definitely keeping aware of who was coming up on his six. When I first saw him, he merged onto the interstate next to me. I was at 72 in a 55 haha. Slowed to +10 and he was cool with it.

Thanks, nice video. Why would he move from middle to left lane shoulder. That’s so dangerous.

Love a good takedown video! X2 on the uptick in unmarked and stealth cars. It's an obvious increase. What ever happened to be a presence, instead of a ghost?
