My sister bought me a parking sensor for my bday. Before I tell everyone We already know the ALP's and the new TMG are better at jamming the dragon or any other VPR gun, but this is such a wonderful gift I wanted to share with my extended family.
This also helps me understand some of the functions of the system so my eyes aren't glazing over when you all are talking about your toys. @Vortex does a great job explaining and i will continue to use his videos as an example for customers, but having something in my hands does help me understand better.
With that said, if i installed this unit on my car, would this be the best set up? (side note) iv'e been spoiled by just calling or texting a few of the members here for advice; i forget sometimes it takes a village to raise an idiot, crud, i just called myself an idiot, but anyway, I wanted to share with you all for feed back.
So i tried to get each headlight within 18 inches of the center of the sensor. the only problem is the sensors will be 25 inches apart if my memory serves me right.
I measured from the ground to the top of the emblem if this were an ALP system to see if a TX head would fit, it looks like it was right around 25 inches so if my memory serves me right it would.
With the new TMG, i think a two head system would work too. Anyway, I just wanted to share and get some feed back..

Remember Monkey. Jam to Kill not Jam to Gun. Practice. First time it goes off Monkey Manure will fly all over the inside of the car......you'll scream like a lil girl at a Hannah Montana concert and forget to kill it. Does Blinder have auto kill? If so set it.

I meant to ask you the other day what brand you got. I had good luck with my Blinders for three or four years. I was not a fan of their alerts, hopefully they changed the single hi tone to a more urgent sound. Keep us posted on your experiences.

Blinder has no XLR support
And if it's not a PL3 you run into in Texas/Oklahoma
Its gonna be an XLR or TSS
Advice is to sell save and put proceeds to 2 head ALP up front
You need rear protection just ask @hiddencam
But what do we know

Blinder doesn't jam the XLR?? Or not to gun? My old M47 handled the big blue TruSpeed no problem on the GTO.

Last Blinder firmware update was 2014, it jammed the XLR at that point... I believe there have been changes and updates to the XLR since then so I don't know that it still does against current XLR's... Be good to test it at some point.

I already know what's gonna happen if you strap 905's to your car with 2014 firmware and shoot it with a new XLR
But hey
It's your car
