This is something I've wanted to do for a while. Turned out to be less work than expected.
You can now plot your database. All the Filters still apply so you can plot by time, band, pin type etc.

I still need to add an option of letting the Map "View" also act as a filter so you can compare one region to another.
You can also set the "resolution" of the bars (you can think of it as frequency tolerence for the chart to decide when to create a "new bar" vs accumulate to an existing one).
You can also pinch zoom/scroll etc.

This is not released yet or even started on iOS. But it should be available on both platforms soon.

    Video of how it works.

    iOS now available

It looks like my guesstimate of 0.040 Ghz (+/- 0.020 Ghz) isn't too far off, for a starting point.
Note: any statistically calculated to be above the global tolerance, uses the global tolerance (i.e. 0.040 Ghz) so you won't see anything above that.
But you can see a "bell curve" centered around 0.25 Ghz

You can see the new count of Pins in View in the upper left hand corner.

The new Chart feature is now available in Version 1.0.0.112

Bug - Crash from Google on obscure Android device fixed (Car Head Unit).
Feature - New statistical chart view on your database.Keep Double tapping "nnn Records" above map to bring it into View.
Enhanced - In addition to "All Clear" Voice message it will now also say "Snooze Clear" when Snooze times out.
Enhanced - Added Voice message when the V1 Disconnects (optional under Voice settings)
Bug - There was a bug in 1.0.0.111 in layout for the Chart so this is another quick upload.

I've also added a Video to the end of the opening post so you can see how it works.

Getting to work on iOS soon as I hit Post Reply.

iOS Version 2.0.48.391 released to Beta

Feature - New statistical chart view on your database.Keep Double tapping "nnn Records" above map to bring it into View.
Feature - The new chart will also display the ditribution of AutoTolerancing when you choose "gpsMuteTol" Pin type.
Enhanced - In addition to "All Clear" Voice message it will now also say "Snooze Clear" when Snooze times out.
Enhanced - Added Voice message when the V1 Disconnects (optional under Voice settings)
Enhanced - Added field to display number of pins currently in view on the map (in addition to the total on the entire map).

I will add Feature #2 above to the Android version.
I will probably update the chart to the same chart I used on iOS. It's a nicer chart and similar API on both platforms.

A customer I was helping debug an issue with sent me his database. He so happens to have 120 gpsMuteTol Pins.
Here is the distribution of his gpsMuteTol tolerances.

It looks like my guesstimate of 0.040 Ghz (+/- 0.020 Ghz) isn't too far off, for a starting point.
Note: any statistically calculated tolerance to be above the global tolerance, uses the global tolerance (i.e. 0.040 Ghz) so you won't see anything above that.

    iOS 2.0.48.392 Beta released

Bug - Fixed crash reports coming in. This was due to handling rotation with the new chart.
