I was seeking assistance with a wiring of antenna to controller head. The units I got had no cable and i use 2 K band radar antenna. This wiring diagram is controller board to plugs to cable to antenna.
Maybe a workshop manual may help.

Which model Kustom Signals Antennas and KS model Head Unit are you trying to match? Kustom Signals made several types of Antenna - Head cables for specific modelsthat use different OEM data connectors from Souriat-Jupiter , Lemo, etc.

I ordered these cables, pretty decent price:

Kustom Signals Antenna Radar Cable 6 Foot Rear Deck Cruiser 155-3040-06 | eBay

Shipping to AU is $22.15 USD according to the pricing calculator.

As far as wiring diagrams, I can't find anything. Probably going to be hard to find. @radarrob
I believe this is only a Kustom Signals *extension cable* for the 6-pin Antenna-side connector... it does not have the all-metal Souriat-Jupiter connector that plugs into the Head Controller.

That is indeed a Kustom antenna cable. Kustom has used something like 3 different connectors with their radar systems over the years. That one is the most common that I've seen.

SpeedCheck originally posted "The units I got had no cable and i use 2 K band radar antenna. "

I own 2 KS Golden Eagle 1 and 1 Silver Eagle1 Radar Systems with KA Antennas. Hahns52 is correct there were several types of different connectors used on KS Radar systems and we unsure which KS Radar models SpeedCheck is trying to configure because he does not list the models.

It is hard to tell if the JustinP post about the Kustom Signals Antenna Radar Cable 6 Foot Rear Deck Cruiser 155-3040-06 | eBay is the cable needed to connect the Head Unit to the Antenna. I do not question whether or not the 155-3040-06 cable mentioned above is made by KS, I only said it looks like an extension cable because the plastic connectors pin arrangementon both sides look the same.

All these Eagle 1 radar units I own use the same style black plastic 6-pin male screw-on plug connector that connects to the Antenna. It seems these black plastic connectors tend to weaken and break when exposed to extended outdoor use, heat, or UV exposure. Plastic is prefered for outdoor exposure outside a car/truck because using stainless steel connectors will rust when used in the rain/snow.

However, the all-metal 6-pin male push-pull straight line connector plug used on each Eagle 1 Antenna CableI have was made by Souriau-Jupiter and is a current part# JBXFD1G07MSSDSR (1 outer pin is not used). A slightly different part# JBXFD1G06MSSDSR could also be used, but must be modified. Please note that I had to drill a small center hole in center of the Insulator Key with a JBXFD1G06MSSDSR to correctly place a connector pin and match the Eagle Head Controller Unit pin layout.

The full explanation of these Souriau JBX connector model specs and configurations can be found in the JBX Series Push-Pull Catalog available through the www.Souriau.com website.

If SpeedCheck has Golden/Silver Eagle 1 Radars and really needs it, I will have to dig out my Silver/Golden Eagle Service Manuals currently in storage to find the correct pin-out wiring & sequence...

Sorry team, being off line and recovering from illness at hospital after some surgery. I will source the details of the radars and some pics to help you understand my spot I am in. Cheers
