Hello friends, I'm interested in BLINDER HP-905 Compact .
I have a few questions and I'd be happy to get help.
I live in Israel and the laser gun used here is LTI 20-20, does the HP-905 Compact jamm that gun?
Second, what is the error that the cop sees in the gun?
Is it possible to set the device to shut down after a few seconds if it detects a laser?

Is that the only gun they use? If so the 904 should handle it, but if you guys see any of the newer VPR guns it probably won't. I do believe you can set the 905 to jam for a few seconds and then shut off.

Yeah our international resources are limited
We have extensive info on North America Australia United Kingdom and some Euro zone countries even Russia

But middle East is where our info is sparse on Gun identification

yes this is the only gun .
Do you know what eror the cop well sees in the gun while i jamm his laser?

EO1,EO2 or E03 I believe, which just means it didn't receive enough data to get a reading. Fairly common errors on black cars or if you get a sun or bright headlight reflection. I have never seen an E07 Jam code on one.

The HP-905 is effective against the LTI guns and it comes with a control switch that lets you immediately kill your jammers when shot.

I am waiting for an email from Blinder, after asking them about an update, hopefully something for the DragonEye.....I heard something about Leon's passing, and I am very sorry about that....I hope we still have support on the HP-905....thanks

Never say Never, but the Blinder will NEVER Jam a updated firmware Dragon

I hope for your sake there is an update, but unfortunately I don't think there will be. I remember talks of possibly a new Blinder unit, but I don't know if that's happening. Competitors offer great units with amazing customer service for a cheap price. Upgrading is always an option. Let us know if you need any help with anything else!

Thanks for the replies, I just have a couple of questions....1. How popular is this DragonEye laser? Is it used often? 2. If I did go with a competitor, who would that be, with great customer service?

it depends where you are as far as how popular they are. if you are in georgia, it's a very common gun to find. also in Ohio. and in places in canada. they are slowly spreading. they have been seen here and there in other states but aren't the main contender. the blinders also struggle with some of the Stalker XLR's if I recall correctly and those are popular a lot of places.

The current top performing laser protection device is ALP (anitlaser priority) when properly installed they are rock solid against everything out there. they have great customer service (best radar detectors is the USA distributor, very active around here and great support) and release updates frequently and are always improving the performance, they are not cheap, but less expensive than the escort systems that are a little less performing and don't have a great track record for updates. there is possibly a new contender coming out from TMG, testing is still going on and it's not in production yet, but it might be a solid solution if the testing goes well, members here helped develop it so I expect good things (and is supposed to be a more budget friendly option) I have also heard rumor of a new laser interceptor, but again still in deveolpment so not idea if it will actually exsist or how well it will do. for now ALP is the way to go.
