How about something simple like "Radar Net" as in, like casting out a fishing net to capture what's out there in country:

    Or maybe ThreatNet.

    What about:

    Fulcrum or Oracle

Fulcrum meaning: a thing that plays a central or essential role in an activity, event, or situation
Oracle meaning: a person or thing regarded as an infallible authority or guide on something

That gives me an idea... DRAGNET

No real app has taken that name, could be an acronym for what the RDFGS 2.0 is/does...

    Too Al Goreish.

This is going to be much more than a radar database, highway database, and database in general so we're definitely going to need to come up with something that is not subjective/etc (I know, RDF goes against this theory completely as a name, but it is what it is, lol).

    No to dragnet?

I'm going to reiterate some suggestions:

    Project Atlas
    RDF Pilot
    Titan
    Voyager

Not my suggestion, but I like it:
    PRISM
Proactive Radar Information and Speed Management

TIN - Traffic Intelligence Network. (That really has a ring to it)

I've been thinking about NASA names too. NASA is good at naming.

@Deacon may be onto something though!

Oh, NO stealing from NSA names though. No stealing from really anywhere unless it's been in the public sphere for a long time (i.e. DRAGNET). PRISM would be great but NSA would be pissed.
