VIP 4.0 software is a major new release, bringing several improvements to your Stinger. At the center of VIP 4.0 lies a completely redesigned 'filtering engine' with better false suppression and signal discrimination. The end result is a combination of improved alerting performance and quieter rides. Although the new filtering engine is certainly the primary advancement, this update will bring many other enhancements to your VIP as well, touching areas such as FalseListing, SpotListing, Section Control (Specs), Radar Alerting, Laser Alerting, SafetySignals, MileageLogging, and the User Interface and Settings. Also, with the groundwork laid in this software, we expect further fine-tuning and more features in upcoming versions. For now, we hope you will enjoy this new update for your VIP!
