The registration link for new AL Priority Systems is at the following:

    http://www.alpriority.com/contact/#registration

If you have not done so please register your unit so that we can keep you up to date on when new firmware is released so you can stay current and not miss any new updates.

I have been contacting many customers from even as far back as 2013 that installed their systems and have not updated since. I cant stress how important it is to keep your unit on the latest firmware. As new guns come out and old ones get updated you MUST keep up with your firmware updates to keep protected. By Registering AL can keep you updated on when new firmware is released so you can stay on top of the game and not fall behind and leave yourself vulnerable to changes.

Use the boxes they came it... Serial numbers are also on the sensors and CPU bottom.

If we purchase additional heads, do we need to do anything to update our registration?

AFAIK the registration is tied to the CPU, not the heads. You will have to do a reset so the CPU can relearn the head locations when you install the new heads.

Are the serial numbers of the heads really important? I didn't keep the original boxes for the heads, and they are installed now. I did register the primary unit though.

I purchased a second hand single sensor and control unit of RDF. Is it still possible to register these to enable firmware updates etc?
    Thanks.

You don't need to register a used unit. You only need to register new systems.
