Do you have any video of this? IPT on a 2 MhZ pulse rate??

Filtering for 2mhz at those power levels seems to be a stretch unless you are saying that it is filtering for PW . Which can be adjusted for pretty easily.

I am not surprised that for a high pulse rate gun, 2MHz isn't enough to land enough pulses within the return window. 2MHz seemed sufficient back when guns were all 100-120 Hz.

Still, I have the Dragon eye compact now on my bench it is 180/185 pps gun (180hz) not 1800. The only thing I can see it doing is ignoring PW over 20ns as its primary filter. IPT, Guess the only thing I need to do is test it myself and recreate the LE-10.

I do not believe IPT given I have allready tested .. well something else (I want to get a patent for ) that jammed it.

I honestly dont know how anyone without deep pockets ever gets anything patented .. oh wait .. they don't . they usually sell an idea for pennies
and major corporations own everything. Yeah it has been a massive pain in the ass.. call it for what it is, Under congresses control (GOP) they raised the filing costs 10 times in 6 years and
reduced the personnel over at the patent office by 40% in the same time frame.

You would not believe the utter bullshit we went through. it is a litany of filings trying to just explain the difference between LIDAR and RADAR to them.
and every refile to explain .. no .. this is IR radiation not microwave radiation cost money .. egads ... (bangs head on desk furiously )

As for this I would at least like to have a filing .. the country went to first to file, not first to invent concerning the patent laws. I could at least get a provisional patent and hand it off for big bucks to
another company to build it.. dunno to early to say yet if my whacky idea for sticking it to the dragon eye (aka dragon slayer) already has been filed.

If I at least have first to file I can go and begin build stuff to finance the fight till the end, it is freaking crazy world out there for the independent mad scientist.

Certainly not worth 600......plus, the heads were notorious for going bad ( thus, the short firing time) and you can tell these were well worn from the photos.

He said it was up for negotiation off FB, -shrug-

Pretty sure they were his daily drivers, but he travels to GA pretty regularly so its time to replace.

I would definitely buy this. Error codes....who cares if jammers are legal? But then again, the state legislatures would likely ban them if they know when they are being used.

Why would you buy this other than to say you own one or put it in the RD Museum? It won't jam about 95% of the currently used guns out there and will only work on a PL3/4 and those are becoming rare. All of the VRP and VRRP guns cut right through it. How do I know? We tested them against a fully operational LE-10 last year. IPT

I guess I misunderstood. I guess I shouldn't take what I read while working as what is actually being said; work has that affect on me. Thanks for the clarification.

If you had written that 15 years ago, I would have agreed, as the LE-10 was indeed the best of the best for its time. Technology has changed, BUT he LE10 did not (and is no longer produced either).

While I was reading about it, I wondered why they weren't available if they jammed everything. But, now that I know that the really are ineffective for 95% of what we'd come up against, I see why it's been relegated to the dustbin of history... interesting history though it was.

Yeah, I just found mine (barely used), just a few weeks after moving. Still looking for the other head and controller for the LI or Blinder I had 7-8 years ago. Was thinking about putting it on the bike, as they are ramping up Laser hits. Was hit twice this past week with PL3.

the jammer sending 5 mega pulses per second
Not good enough to jam all the sophisticated guns that exist today.
