    Nitrogen in Tyres (Tires)

Well I had the Nitrogen fill done. I have TPMS so easy to monitor. The pressure still increases as the tyre warms up (seemingly about the same rate as with air) but if anything the change does seem more consistent across the 4 tyres. We will see how it goes as the autumn approaches.

How do you wash your car?

Ceramic coating. Lots of preparation work but once done it's foam, rinse + towel dry to make it look like new every time.

    Nitrogen in Tyres (Tires)

Thanks for that info, if it's just hype and is not going to keep the pressure stable then I may just give it a swerve and save some cash.

Welcome to the forum. If you live where they use laser then you need a jammer, a detector will never save you from lidar.

    Nitrogen in Tyres (Tires)

That was my main concern. If it's as good as the claims then the pressure will not drop due to gas loss or temperature so they should not need to be topped up so often. I guess I'll try it, if it works then it works. If I have to keep topping up then it will be back to air in time.

    Nitrogen in Tyres (Tires)

Thinking of replacing air with Nitrogen in my tyres (UK spelling). Some reports say it's not worth it but it will only cost 10 GBP. Anyone have any experience? I'm looking to keep pressure more consistent from cold to hot.
