Any controversy pertaining to AAKP and its services shall be resolved by the terms set forth in this Terms of Service. Should there be any controversy that is not covered by this Terms of Service (excluding the provisions set forth in this subsection), it shall be resolved by arbitration in the City of Nashville in the State of Tennessee before three arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association under its then prevailing rules.
All arbitrations are bound to the following provisions.
• Any arbitration involving AAKP shall not make any award which alter, change, cancel, or rescind any provision set forth in the Terms of Service and all related rules such as RDF Rules and Regulations.
• Any arbitration involvingAAKP shall make their award consistent with the provisions of this Terms of Service and all related rules such as RDF Rules and Regulations.
• Any such arbitration must be commenced no later than six (6) months from the date on which the controversy arose or such controversy shall be deemed to have been waived.
• The award of the arbitrators shall be final and binding and judgment may be entered thereon in any court of competent jurisdiction.
These terms may be changed at any time without notice.
