[P] The place to discuss passive jammer or detector systems such as Trapster, Photo Blockers, Waze etc...
I don't understand anything that says besides "we broadcast our location and speed".

Offering our "Total Protection" package starting at $920, includes one High End Detector & Jammer System
The Ground version looks like it can only be used in a fixed location, but they state that for "mobile" applications, you can use the flight version and turn broadcasting off. I'm still doing a lot of reading on the new system.
Looks like both versions require external GPS input to function properly, although the Ground version can determine its own approximate location if left in one place for half an hour or so.

It sounds like it would be a PITA to use in a car, even if you went without the XRX, and used a standalone MRX instead. It has no screen of its own, and would have to integrate into an expensive aircraft GPS.While the MX1090 can function as a stand-alone ADS-B traffic detection system, it is highly recommended that it be used in conjunction with the XRX to ensure the detection of non ADS-B aircraft. No portable ADS-B system can detect all aircraft, which is why we have designed the MX1090 to manage multiple sources of traffic. The MX1090 offers an easy solution to adding ADS-B traffic to your Garmin GPSmap, or favorite portable GPS system.
At least they still sell and support the MRX. That is the best news so far.
well according to one of their suppliers they are still closed as of monday of this week. I tried to buy an antenna extender and they told me they could not get it as Zaon closed in september.
maybe they were sold and the new owners have reactivated the website but until they are actually supplying their distributors and selling product we can assume they are closed.

Linky no worky. Maybe they're just overloaded. But I'm not sure I trust an "aero" internet domain.
So I may be a bit premature. From wikipedia:
.aero (derived from aeronautics) is a Sponsored top-level domain (sTLD) used in the Domain Name System of the Internet. It is the first sponsored top-level domain based on a single industrial theme.
